Shipping & Returns T&Cs

Shipping

We offer free delivery on orders on the UK mainland. Currently we anticipate orders from the UK and USA only, but if you are based elsewhere, please contact us directly for shipping costs.
Although we can deliver outside the UK, please bear in mind that these addresses may take longer than the standard 2-5 working days to arrive. You are also responsible for your own customs/import duties where applicable.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within our returns period of 30 days from their despatch date provided the products are returned complete, unused, folded as received, in perfect resalable condition, in their original packaging.
Items returned outside of this period will only be refunded if the return has been authorised by special arrangement.
Please note any SALE items cannot be refunded, only exchanged, unless faulty.

To initiate a return, please contact us via the website contact form or send us an email to: info@bedgasm.uk Please include a reason for the return to let us know if we can improve our product or service in the future. We will send you a return address in our reply.
Please make sure you include your order number clearly on or in the parcel.
When posting, we strongly recommend that you return the items to us via registered, ‘signed for’ or tracked delivery with sufficient insurance cover, as Promiscuous Bedding Designs will not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postage fees are non-refundable.
All items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received at the address supplied by Promiscuous Bedding Designs.
You will be notified via email as soon as your return has been processed. This can sometimes be a day or two after we receive your parcel.
All returned goods will be examined upon receipt, and if any item does not meet the standard stated above our customer service team will contact you.
Refunds can only be made to the original credit or debit card on which it was purchased. Please note that an email will be sent to the person who made the original purchase when the refund is completed.
The refunded amount will be credited to your account within 7–14 working days.
Please note Promiscuous Bedding Designs does not cover the cost of returns.

In addition to our returns policy, you have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen working days from the date of receipt of the goods, if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing, and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition without delay. In any event, no later than 14 days from us receiving your right to cancel notification. We will withhold initiating the refund until we have received the products back.

If you are exercising your right to change your mind, we may reduce your refund of the price, to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling of them.
